Here we go again. I have to get it together. I've gained over half of the weight back and now my feet, hips and back are hurting again. I have to focus. I did it before and now it's time do do it again.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
