Getting really frustrated. I am working out, watching what I eat and am not losing weight. Up nearly 5 pounds! Contacted nutritionist to see what I am doing wrong. Appointment is not yet set.
155.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It looks like your eating too many calories. At your current weight, you need less to lose than people who are heavier. One day your were over 2000 calories. Some people can lose well on 1800 a day, but you may not. Try a week of 1400-1500 a day and see what happens. You may not be burning off what you are eating. You have to play around with your calories to see what will work for you.

Good luck w/the nutritionist, that's what I did too. From what I can see, some days your "fats" are way too high, protien to low, and you need to balance out the calories a little more. My nutrionist told me eat 6 x's a day, the meals should be around the same calorie intake and eat the carb foods earlier (like brown rice) during the day. If you want, take a look at my eating chart so you get an idea what I'm saying. I'm shooting for 1600 calories a day, but still a little low. Try the mypyramid.gov too - it will tell you which foods you are getting too much of. I use it as a reference point so I know I'm getting the right amounts for each.
