Finally, a really significant drop.
230.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 62.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1175 kcal Fat: 30.36g | Prot: 30.39g | Carb: 179.91g.   Breakfast: Fried Egg without Fat, Bananas, Dannon Light & Fit Greek - Raspberry, Herbal Tea (Other Than Chamomile, Brewed), Minute Maid Light Orange Juice. Lunch: Fuji Apples, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless). Dinner: Lindt Lindor Milk Chocolate Truffles with a Smooth Filling, Publix Cut Okra, Dr. Praeger's Black Bean Quinoa Veggie Burgers, Field Roast Chao Vegan Cheese, Cabernet Sauvignon Wine. more...
