Holding steady after a couple of days of downward movement. Ready to get back on the treadmill today! My shin splints seem to have recoverd to a point where it doesn't hurt to walk so I am ready to go!
236.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
