Good Morning Dear Diary. It's ANOTHER RAINY GLOOMY DAY here in Washington State ( S. W. ). I finally broke thru that plateau of weighing 152,0 lbs for weeks. Now maybe in a week or two I can get in to the 140 lb range. I'll give it my best. My modified low carbs eating is going very well as is my exercise routine.
