I started my Whole 30 AIP (auto immune protocol) on March 1st. I weighed 199 when I started and 11 days later weighed in at 193. Feeling great.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
