Well I slipped this morning after the show and ate a taco, @ 4 am your resistance I guess is low :) On a good note my carbs raised to 22 and I did not gain a bit. Thank goodness, today back to lowest carb :)
129.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
