Finished reading Atkin 1973 printing. Dr. Atkins says that ratios in nature run 60% fat and 40% protien and if you eat clean, your green salad twice a day you can maintain that ratio fairly easily.and not be hungry.

I will be glad when I get closer to my goal wieght because I want more salad :)
That being said, I am starving, so I am off here to cook bfast.
129.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
