Day five fat fast. Last day. Start weight 222.2 lbs. CW 217.6 lbs, total loss 4.6 lbs. Likely I will regain 1 lb.

I'm ready to get back to dining out...Lol. I'm excited for the loss though.
217.6 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 77.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
