I haven't been logging my food and exercise the way I should lately. That's always a bad time. Not that I'm coming off my diet, but that laziness is starting to set in. Have to nip that.
139.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
