BMI 20.8.
Strength training is really making a difference. I adjusted my goal weight down 3 more pounds. At most I will adjust it one more time... so 6 to 8 more pounds total and I'm done.😮
131.0 lb Lost so far: 152.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week

That's exactly what needs to happen, Notjune1, your correct weight becoming your new normal. It is the real you! I've been resisting the notion that my overweight self is normal - I've spent as many adult years of my life being overweight as I did being normal weight. I'm sure it's harder yet for people who have struggled with being overweight all their lives.
