No change. At 1300 calories per day, you'd think a body would be getting leaner. It's not that I'm working on a Summer Beach Body, but I don't like dieting and the sooner I get finished with this sucker, the better. I know, I should think of it as a 'new style of eating' instead of a diet, but eating like a bird is a wonderful lifestyle if you're a bird, but, dangblast, I'm chafing the dickens with it.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

When we get older it seem to be a little harder to lose weight try some stir fry with lots of veggies and meat.

Don't know what kind of diet you are on but I am 73 years old. Have been doing Low Carb-High Fat since 8/20/16. It has taken me that long to lose 25# and I still have 10# to get to goal. It does take longer the older you are but I'm planning on this being the LAST time I have to lose weight. This Way of Eating is SO easy compared to other ways to lose weight because you NEVER have to be hungry - just eat 20 net carbs a day with meat, cheese, eggs, and low carb veggies. I also do IF for 18/6 and drink 16 ozs. of BPC every morning to stay full. Keep on keeping on -
