Holy Crap I can't believe it!!!!!! I have worked SO hard this week and it all paid off!!!!! YEAH MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
283.4 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 83.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
