I had an overboard day on Monday and gained some weight. I was back on board yesterday and today (so far). Not sure what is so challenging for me this week but I'm finding some alternate resources. One such resource is "Tapping" or EFT. There is an online summit that is happening right now and it's free. My Mother in Law sent me the link on Monday night and one of the talks is about using tapping for weight loss. Here's a link to the summit. Check out the talk and who knows? Maybe it can help us all be thinner, stronger, more confident?
