Well I ran over a carb last night and my percentage was off 1% but I really think the scales just sux. On a good note, aftr taking my measurements today I have lost 2.5 inches, YAY me!
133.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
