Had a good lunchtime workout. Weight was recorded afterwards. I'm going to err on the side of caution and attribute loss to water weight for right now. If it remains lower, great!
251.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
