So I gained back 1.1 pounds this past week. It was Valentines Day, so I have chocolates. Round 9 is over, and in this round I still lost 1.6 pounds, but I actually lost 1/2" off my hips. In 9 rounds (27 weeks), I've lost 23.4 pounds and 15 1/2". I have 8.6 pounds more I want to drop. Could have been better, but having my dad here, and so many holidays, I'll take every little bit. I have about 5 more weeks before dad goes home and then I'll have almost 3 months to kick into gear before we go on vacation. Taking it day by day, for now!!!!
137.6 lb Lost so far: 16.9 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
