I lost 1.7 pounds last week. Those pounds lost, I lost while doing the 3 day cleanse from Beachbody. I will do it again when it gets closer to vacation. It was easy, and I wasn't hungry while doing it!!!
136.5 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
