Down only one pound this week. I have decided to stay on induction a while longer. I'm really struggling at times. I have also lowered my rdi since it seemed awfully high for weight loss. Even by atkins standards. I will have to see what next month holds. I am five pounds from my first goal.

Diet Calendar Entry for 29 January 2012:
1260 kcal Fat: 90.58g | Prot: 87.50g | Carb: 18.99g.   Lunch: Water, Prepared Dijon Mustard, 100% Pure Beef Hamburger Patties, Green Peppers, Ranch Dressing. Dinner: celery, ranch dressing, egg, tomato, cucumber, little salad bar, Water, Cheddar Cheese, Sliced Pepperoni. Snacks/Other: Water (Bottled), pork chop, little salad bar. more...

Congrats on the one pound, you are so close to onederland....don't go too low in your cals...you need room for when you get lower in weight.
