Yesterday net carbs @12
Calories above 1300, thats alot for me :)
gained .5 pound, yay water....
I hope to see some wieght loss very soon :)

I was very proud of my ratio 71% fat, 24% Protien and 5% carb!
133.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
