Ugh, can't believe the weight loss is going so slow. I'm at the gym 5-6 days a week. Cardio and lifting on alternate days. smdh.
218.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
