Hey everyone, just journaling to say I found a new app I love -- "twinbody". It's pretty much setup exactly like Instagram, but it's diet/exercise stuff only. And unlike insta, it's not ruined with ads for fit tea or stuffed with pics of super fit perfect 10s. Just folks like you and me showing how they're doing and supporting each other. On there I'm sydvicious9127 if anyone wants to join the bandwagon.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
