Found an indoor triathlon to do in mid-Feb. Set out a workout schedule to get ready and wrote it down. It might be a little optimistic, but it's written down and I have something to follow. So far so good.
209.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 44.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
