I hadn't posted in awhile, because I've been really sick for the past couple of weeks. Gained a pound, but I'm okay with that (especially considering how badly I splurged last Sunday). So ramping up the workouts a little bit for the rest of the month, then back to my normal routine. Still within my maintenance range, so not sweating it (well...okay, I am during the workouts, but you know what I mean).
116.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

Thanks! Me, too. It's been a rough three-ish months (dad died, got sick, injured my neck and back, got sick again...), but hopefully, things are on the upswing again and I can get back in to working out regularly again.
