After spiking as high as about 240 this week (yikes, that was after cheat day plus apparently some serious water retention, etc) I'm back down to like 229-230 (hard to tell on an old dial scale), but happy that spike didn't last.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
