OK at 226.1 like I predicted so it's official I'm out of the 230s finally. I had popey's chicken, 5 brothers burgers and fries a 5th of Red Stag and big ass bottle of moscato. Still managed to go to the gym Saturday and Sunday. I am now listening to techno music during my cardio session. Didn't like techno but damn it's like I'm on speed or something crazy workouts! Deadmsu5 I's now my Pandora work out station. Back too counting calories and serious lifting I may hit 219 by Friday.
226.1 lb Lost so far: 103.9 lb.    Still to go: 25.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
