Can't seem to get really going with the weight loss this year, but at least it's going down, albeit very very slowly! Stay focused FS friends x
187.4 lb Lost so far: 15.7 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1883 kcal Fat: 61.20g | Prot: 105.12g | Carb: 236.49g.   Breakfast: Morrisons Skimmed Milk, Nestle Shredded Wheat, Brown Sugar, Espresso Coffee. Lunch: Smith's Chipsticks (17g), Tesco Easy Peeler Satsuma, Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise, Lurpak Spreadable Lighter, John West Tuna Chunks in Spring Water (65g), Warburtons Farmhouse White Bread. Dinner: Roasted Salmon Fillet with Sweet Chilli, Simple Side Salad. Snacks/Other: Starmix, Heroes, Almonds, Tesco Gala Apples, Low Sodium Peanut Butter, Bananas. more...
