Re-calibrating weigh-ins. Last one was not accurate enough. Also, I will only weigh in once a week on Sunday morning. As it turns out, I am on track, losing a pound a week this month, so I have been overthinking this weigh-in business a little much. Since my scale is only accurate to within 0.9 kg (that's right, two *%$# pounds) I have to be more methodical i.e. taking average readings and reviewing the overall picture. I am not discouraged. By the end of March I will be ready to assess whether I'm ready to drop another ten or not. Onward!!
