I joined the YMCA and went swimming last night. It felt amazing! Though I was really tired, my muscles felt so loose today. Even while swimming, it felt like a great workout.
190.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.8 lb a week

That's awesome! swimming is such a great exercise because you are working so many muscles at once. Keep it up!
