Did the indulgence day to trick my body. Only gained .2 so thats good i guess. This is supposed to help with stalls and encourage loss again so hope to see the scale drop the next week.

Who else is doing it? Just curious.....i believe it because i ate crazy 2 weekends ago before i read about this and the scale loved me the next day. So, hopefully this will pan out ok. I dont plan to eat like this every week though....maybe every other week once i see the results for this week. :-) i dont blame you though.....for me its like- why you tellin a fat girl to est more? Lol its drilled into our heads to starve.
