I had to change my food intake, Fat Secret calculations give me 2400 calories / day, but I modified it to 1900 which didn't work as well, so I reduced again to be under 1000 calories / day. This last adjustment works great till now and hope to continue without complaining.
249.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 39.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
