Wow, the monthly water weight must have finally decided to go. This is amazing!
243.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 95.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1601 kcal Fat: 54.90g | Prot: 113.24g | Carb: 171.75g.   Breakfast: Chicken Breast, Flour Tortillas, Philadelphia Soft Blueberry, Sour Cream, Light Multigrain English Muffin. Lunch: boneless skinless chicken breast, brussels sprouts, Extra Sharp White Cheddar Cheese, spinach. Dinner: corn tortilla, pace salsa mild, daisy light sour cream, boneless skinless chicken breast, cabot white cheddar. Snacks/Other: Pecan Nut Thins, Light Garlic & Herb Cheese Wedges, carrot, Sweet Potato. more...
