OK, I am back and I will be a force to be reckoned with. I see that my diet hiatus has served me very poorly! I have gained 5 lbs! I hope everyone is doing well! I havent been on here in quite some time, but I will be from now on!
191.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

nice to see your back thanks for your comments i started that IM gonna do it feeling last week and started at 2kms cant quite believe myself that im up to 20kms now!! just wish the scales would move at the same pace!! he he dont we all! day by day,step by step (whitney houstan song)we all Can do it!!:-)xox
