I feel frustrated that it was only .8lbs down this week. I have to keep reminding myself that this is for life. This is about eating healthy and being active. The weight will come off. I have to be satisfied with just knowing that I am living a better life now than I ever have. I'm starting to feel that that is enough.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
