Still on track. I've noticed that I have more energy. Not so much in the mornings, or at work, but definately in the evening. Used to be that I couldn't get supper ready, clean up, and deal with the kids. Was hitting the hay at 8 to watch TV, but only sleeping at 10 or later. The last few nights, I can make supper, clean the kitchen, do other housework, work out some, play with the kids, prepare for the next day, and get into bed around 9 feeling good. So that's a plus!

Unfortunately, I have started to weight myself every day, strictly out of curiosity. I was a little discouraged this morning when I weighed in at only .2lbs less than last week. I know that when I weigh myself tomorrow, there will be more loss, because I have been so on track with my new life plan, but who doesn't want the weight loss to go faster? I would love to have 3lbs a week loss, but even if it's 1 or 2 lbs, my summer I'll be a whole new me! I have to look at this as a plan to be healthy, with weight loss only a biproduct of the changes I'm making, not the focus. If I eat healthy within my caloric intake goals, and make an effort to do some physical activity every day, then I am making positive changes in my life that will help me live a longer and more enjoyable life for me and my family.
