I've tried to be SO good, and am tickled to finally be dropping a few pounds. Have had a few surprises as to calorie (and salt!!!) content in some of the foods i always have thought to be "safe" in terms of diet, but hey - it's a learning curve, even at my age.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 98.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
