I've tried to be SO good, and am tickled to finally be dropping a few pounds. Have had a few surprises as to calorie (and salt!!!) content in some of the foods i always have thought to be "safe" in terms of diet, but hey - it's a learning curve, even at my age.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 98.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1849 kcal Fat: 95.01g | Prot: 114.19g | Carb: 131.72g.   Breakfast: eggs, Shedd's Spread Churn Style Vegetable Oil, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Smuckers Simply Fruit, Spam, black coffee. Lunch: Kraft Miracle Whip salad dressing, Sierra Mist, Light Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Water, Canned), Buena Vida Whole Grain tortillas, Ocean Spray Diet Cranberry Grape drink, Vlasic Sweet pickles. Dinner: Wendy's blt cobb salad, Wendy's ranch salad dressing, Wendy's junior cheeseburger deluxe. more...

Congratulations!! Remember 1/2 your body weight in oz for water intake...you will be suprised how much it helps with the weight loss!
