So this three weeks had both Christmas and New Years in it. That means it involved a lot of food and snacks. With that said, I'm happy that I've at least lost .3 pounds. There were no inches lost, but no gain during the holiday season is a plus. On to a new year and the final 10 pounds!!!!!
140.1 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
