Stopped exercising because of shoulder injury for last 2 weeks. Must be losing muscle weight?
215.4 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 50.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Not necessarily, unless you've been totally inactive. Congrats on the weight drop though. Hope that shoulder gets better.
