The scale is NOT my friend, today.
152.2 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Stay strong you have only 3 lb to go, and it is a NOT ONLY 3 lb, it can be as tough to lose as stones can be, because of you gaining muscle. Stay focus.
