Finally seeing the scale move, and it's very encouraging.

Yesterday I did everything right about food - largest meal in the morning, smallest at night. (king, prince, pauper). The real victory is that we ate out for Mexican food, and I skipped the rice, beans, and tortillas. I didn't even have 1 single chip!

I took measurements yesterday, and doing pictures today.
170.4 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow, good for YOU! I love mexican food low carb. I skip the same things and usually have chile rellenos (not breaded) or the place we goes has a chicken breast with cheese and chorizo sausage and mushrooms...Sometimes I cut a low carb tortilla up and fry it at home and bring my own chips to use with guac or cheese dip!
