going back down to 113...been through a lot of BS lately with Mama's illness. No more excuses. walking everyday, trying to 6.2 miles minimum and working out 3 times a week.
120.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
