I didn't do so good last week at all.. Then the on the day of the superbowl I ate way more than I should have!! I really went to town with the food and I didn't exercise as much as I normally would.. Needless to say I am very sad and surprise by the weight increase.. I didn't realize just how easy it is to put the weight on.. But I wont give up. I am going to pick myself back up and do what I was doing in the begining to get back down to 165 and below!!! This is Crazy!!!
168.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
