I STILL did not lose any weight. We are in week 4 now of working out and still no weight loss...no change in clothes...and getting more frustrated as I go

Took my measurements today and notta....blah!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
