Weight hasn't budged. Somehow, I think this is my body's way of saying "I want more food", but I could be wrong. Really, I think things are just adjusting after the shock of adding cardio and weight training to the mix.

Yzorah...remember that when you first start working out the muscles will retain fluid to help them heal...even the simplest of workouts can do this, and if you have added cardio and weight training, then that may be part of the problem. The other thing is you need to eat more calories...your deficit is at almost 3,500 calories a day, and that is simply too large. Try getting it up to about 2,000 a day and see what happens. Experiment with your intake and find the combination that starts the weight moving again. :)
