Keeping up the journey with a weekly weight loss of 2.4 pounds, so still on for my goal of 75 kg by Christmas. Good news keeping off the biscuits.
168.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
