I'm back on the wagon! After not following the diet for several weeks I have gained weight which is what I expected however, not as much as I thought...so that's a positive. Onward to success!!
193.5 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 43.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1720 kcal Fat: 97.00g | Prot: 112.00g | Carb: 107.00g.   Breakfast: Veggie Breakfast Sausage Patties, Ham and Cheese Omelet. Lunch: Natural Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Oscar Mayer bologna, Carb Balance Flour Tortillas (Soft Taco Size). Dinner: shoe string fries, panko breaded cod. Snacks/Other: DAVID pumpkin seeds, almond milk, Russell stover sugar free vanilla caramel. more...
