Every uptick on my weight history follows a family gathering. I try, but always lose my ketotic state and then it takes a week or more to get fat adapted again. Oh well: begin again!
206.4 lb Lost so far: 73.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

When I first started out, I was skipping cake, proudly denying sugar. Now, I'm so indulgent. I FEEL thin, even though I weigh over 220. The stirrings of success alter my resolve.

Oops! One day can set us back a week or more, not fair! Climb back on that wagon you fell off of and continue the journey.
