November 28,2016 Monday

Dear Diary,
I've officially lost 30.0 lbs since July 21, 2016. I am so
over the moon with excitement being it was the Thanksgiving Holiday.
in 1 week I lost 3.4 lbs WOW!!!
Sticking to a simple menu and drinking MORE water seem to be the key to losing this excess weight.
Well, once again time for my Morning Mocha before getting my day started.
