Good Afternoon Dear Diary.
First and foremost we as a Nation need to recognize our World War II veterans, for their sacrifice to keep our country free. Thank You. Now, I lost another 0.6 lbs. I'm so happy with that loss. I'm staying true to my Intermittent Fasting and it's going very well. I'm drinking more water now and I think it is helping flush out the toxins and fat. This Afternoon I went to my hair stylist to get my hair done. It's almost time for dinner. Until next week. I'M THINKING THIN.......Marlene
