Almost at goal! What now!
186.4 lb Lost so far: 48.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.3 lb a week

Now you use the tactics you've applied to lose the weight, to keep it off. Keep an eye on the scales, and add in some of the formerly 'forbidden' foods. If it starts going up, get right back on plan, and take it off. It will likely be a balancing act for the rest of your life. Make peace with that, and you're golden. Congrats!
